Shop till you drop!

I went on a shopping spree this past week, Canton on Wed, stoped at a few Malls along the way and of course one of the Malls was Winnie & Tululas, I needed to fluff my booth a bit anyway!I found this wonderful cherub candle holder at Canton. I'll have to try and fit it in with the rest of my cherub collection!
Another cherub for my collection, also found it at Canton!

I found this poster at a mall on the way to Canton. It looks old, but I believe it is a reproduction! It will go in my laundry room with my other signs!

I found this lovely vintage lady picture at Winnie & Tululas. I will be listing it on my website!

This iron planter and candle holder came from Winnie & Tululas. If I can turn loose of it, I will be listing it on my website also.

This vintage braclet was the best buy of the entire week, (price wise) I found it at a garage sale for 50 cents. I usually don't find much at garage sales, but if I see one I will stop and look cause you never know what you might find!

I found this mirror at an auction I went to on Saturday!
I also found this cute little jewelry box at the auction, and paid way more for it than I would have if I had seen it in Mall. I don't know what happens to me at these auctions sometimes I just go nuts bidding on things. Do you ever get so excited at an auction a pay to much for something?

Hi Daphne,
I am in love with your cherubs. So sweet and a great find. Love all the other things too and the little jewel box is very nice.

Yep, I'm guilty of getting over zealous at the auction. I went nuts bidding on a chandelier once and ended up paying way too much, but I still love it.

hugs
Sissie

Nice finds. I love the cherub candle holder, and would have bought the bracelet also. I have a jewelry box I overpaid for several years ago at an auction (relative's estate) thinking one of my children or Grands would like it. Nope - I still have it. :D
Have a great week.

Daphne, yes I have been known to pay too much at auction--I think it is the adrenaline! But anyway I do love that mirror!
Hope you had a good 4th too!

love cherubs- great finds, is that a plate in the black frame? gorgeous.

I have put up a button (still figuring how to make a link) for BARN CHICKS- a day to share your favorite barn! Still on I hope?

BARN CHICKS- definitely still on! We went on a trip a few years ago and went thru West Virginia and they had the most beautiful old barns I have ever seen, and so many...I was hanging out the window taking pictures, to bad I took the pictures with a throw away camera, never even got to see them, because I lost the camera! Oh well it will be fun looking for more barns!!! Oh, and that's no plate in the black frame just a picture of a cherub... Blessings~~~Daphne
ps...I don't know how to make a link either, but I think my partner could help you with that, if you can't figure it out, she will be home from work late this evening and I could ask her! Just let me know.

Yup, I ALWAYS pay too much at auctions! That's why I don't go anymore (plus they just take way too much time before they get to what I want). But, if you love something, it is worth whatever you pay for it! Love your finds!
