My new line of Purses

I'm so excited about my new line of purses. I've never seen any like them anywhere before. They are made with vintage lace, linen's, burlap, cotton fab, and needlepoints. I've been doing pillows with these materials for a while, and have seen other pillows out of the same things, just haven't seen purses with these embellishments, so I thought about how cute it would be to make some purses from these materials. I have shown a few of my pillows they are listed first , I only had time to list a couple of my new bags. I will be listing more in a few days.

These are some of my vintage and western purses. They are out of my personal collection (some I just could'nt part with). I've been making these bags for about 4 years now. When I started making these purses I had seen vintage bags, but never had seen the cowhide mixed with the vintage fabric, and thought how beautiful it would look to mix the two together. I also really loved the fact that I had never seen this done on any other bags before. I really loved the vintage fabric, but I wanted to have my own look and style. I hope that I have accomplished that with these purses. The first two I have posted are just vintage , and the rest are vintage and western.

Daphne, I'm just really in love with your purses, do you do custom orders, because I'm just crazy about how you use all the elements putting them together. I love the 3rd one with the cow hide. I love shoulder bag, but I'm short, so sometimes things are too long for me. I know you're busy with the shows and all but I'd love to talk to you about a custom bag when you have time. Your work is just incredible!!
hugs and blessings,
Debra

Morning!
I have the same questions as dear Debra@Common Ground. I am short also and would love a custom bag. Love dark purple. With your loop ribbon I so love. While I adore you light colored purses as an antique dealer I need dark and a sling as I get things so dirty. Oh my the places I go..grin.
Would love to have your purse for my antique shows to wear and keep my needed stuff.
Cheers!
