This beautiful pink and white collar I purchased from Amanda @ http://onegirlinpink.blogspot.com/..... she has a gorgeous blog and she is so sweet, she had posted about this collar on her blog and when I saw it I fell in love with it, contacted her to see if it was for sale, she said she had thought about using it in a display, but she was so sweet to go ahead and sell it to me.... it arrived quickly and she stayed in contact with me to make sure I got it! When I opened my package not only did she send me the collar, but inside was a beautiful embroderie linen with a cute little note pad..... with pink paper cut up inside the box..... soooooo cute!!! Thanks Amanda I love it!!!

I bought this vintage collar from my friend Judy Hill at her recent Home show. My friend Lynda & I went this past weekend and had a wonderful time.... so many pretty things to see!
This lace was another one of my purchases.... I just love lace!!!

You ALWAYS have the prettiest goodies!! LOVE that lace, and the pearl collars a great piece!! I used to see a lot of rhinestone jewelery at garage sales, I have been looking lately and never see any anymore... weird!

Everything is just beautiful but that pink & cream pearl collar - Be. Still. My. Heart. I love pink, I love warm whites, I love pearls...I think it was saying my name when I was looking at the pictures!
And now, I think I need to make a lace frame for my vintage brooches because that is a fabulous idea for bits of vintage lace and to be able to see beautiful collected treasures!

I am so happy that the sweet collar has a new home where it is cherished...and just look at how you've shared it with so many others now too! It has been in the spotlight and truly appreciated for the beautiful piece that it is! And now I get to go shop for more treasures! What a fun hobby we have! In fact, I plan to leave the house by 7am tomorrow morning to be first in line at an estate sale that sounds very promising! I'll be sure to post about my finds!
