It's time for another Porch Party with Jill http://gypsyfleamarket.blogspot.com/. This week we are to show our neighborhood porches. I will say I was a bit nervous pulling up to houses and taking pictures, I'm sure they were wondering what the heck I was doing! We do live in a small town so everyone knows everyone just about.... well actually we live right outside of town. I'm so glad that Jill is going to make this a once a month were we take pictures of the neighborhood porches, because we have so many old beautiful historic homes in our small town, I think it will be a lot of fun trying to sneak a porch picture!!!
I spent a lot of time in this home when I was a little girl, as my best friend lived here, they have since sold the home and moved away!
I wish I could have gotten a closer picture of this house, I'll try to get closer next time!
Several of these houses are for sale!
Another house for sale!
Now I got really close on this sweet little porch, as it belongs to one of my best friends, little granddaughter. She had told me about it a good while back, and I finally got to take a tour! It is just the cuties thing. This little play house belongs to Brenley, and her Daddy built it for her!
I'm loving those pink chairs!
This is her flower garden, my friend said it was so beautiful last year when all the flowers were bloomed out... I'll have to go back and take more pictures this Spring!
This is my little granddaughter on the left and Brinley on the right! Brinley is such a beautiful and sweet little girl, and has so much energy, but she has had a lot of medical problems since she was born, so please keep her in your prayers!
I know you girls will love this rusty little table and chairs, I think it is the cuties!!!
Just a peek into the inside, I will share the rest of the inside on my Pink Saturday post, because it is just full of Pinks, hope you come back for the rest of the play house tour!
This was Brenley's sweet little doggie!!! Hope you enjoyed the tour, be sure to go over and visit Jill http://gypsyfleamarket.blogspot.com/ and all of the other participants.

Wonderful little house! This is the most wonderful childhood memory! Love how you went for the pink chairs! All the houses are wonderful, hard to choose a favorite! Overall, a great idea and past time! And a very nice neighbourhood... I tried that once, and was greeted by two huge dogs and a lady with a shotgun (for real!) Never did that again! lol But she did have a wonderful porch and windows! Ive never seen the likes of those before... one of the reasons I went over, just to see it close up. Have a wonderful evening!
Hi Kasia, oh my goodness, I hope that doesn't ever happen... I did have a man following me when we were doing barn post.. I was out looking for old barns to take pictures of and notice he kept following me so I stopped and told him what I was up to, and he told me to follow him and he could show me where more barns where, he was really nice! The town where I live almost everyone knows everyone, it's pretty small.
hugs~~~ Daphne
You do such a good job with your camera!! The porches are wonderful. I so wish I lived in an old house like those. I think the one you said you spent a lot of time in when you were a child is my favorite one. I bet that was fun. hugs, judy
Lovely porches and homes ... and I love that many of them come with the white picket ... sweet! but what is even sweeter is your grandbaby visiting on the little porch cottage ... how adorable is that?! ... and yes, Daphne ... I am drooling all over that itty-bitty rusty bistro set!! You are training those little girls well ; )

Wonderful porches! I do believe a warm and welcoming entrance to one's home makes all the difference in the world. I can make coming home feel so good ... and allow our visitors feel welcome~ I so love old homes, they have so much character ... and always, the best stoops! Your neighborhood looks like one out of fabled storybook. Full of charm!
Porches are so much fun... we miss our old porch but love our new back deck looking over the woods here.
The playhouse is SOOOOO CUTE!
Thank you for coming over to visit my blog from BB's!

There are so many lovely homes in your area. They all look warm and inviting with lovely porches. I would love to take a peek inside of everyone of them!
My favorite of course, is the little girl's playhouse. Your little granddaughter is so precious. I would have loved to had a little playhouse like that when I was little.

Well you were lucky to meet a nice person.. the lady with the beautiful house wasnt as nice... and neither were her two dogs... I even tried to explain, but she wouldnt listen... I guess maybe she'd had some bad experience? I dont know... But its important to be in a place where people know each other, it makes life more friendlier! Keep it up and keep us happy with wonderful posts... And thanks for the sweet comment!
hugs,
they are all gorgeous, but the green playhouse takes the cake! it is just perfect, what lucky girls!!
So many beautiful homes and so many needing to be sold. I love the one with the white iron fences across the front but all of them are special.
The Playhouse and it's front porch is just adorable...your granddaughter too!... and little Brenley is my prayers.
Thanks for coming over for a visit..
Hugs,
Stephanie ♥
Oh I'm loving those porches and especially the Children's Cottage with the delightful Pink and White Vintage Motel Chairs!
