Girls day out!

Yesterday Laurie and I had a wonderful girls day out... shopping, lunch, & more shopping! I wish I would have taken more pictures, this is one of my older pictures at & Winnie Tululas, I didn't even think to take about taking pictures until our shopping day was almost over!

We went to Athens, to Winnie & Tululas, we shopped and also had a wonderful lunch at the tea room there! Everything there is always so yummy, it's such a treat to eat there! Laurie and I sat there for hours talking... it was such a fun day!

We stopped by the Lindy Mall in Malacoff, where Donna & Rhonda from Curious Goods have a booth ... and of course we found some great treasures there! We also stopped by Juanita's and Antiques on Royal, were we found even more treasures!

This is 2 of my little treasures... this beautiful pink crochet piece and this pretty vintage brooch! I was trying not to buy much, as I have a warehouse full of things, but I just can't hardly go and look and not purchase just a few little items!
This is a beautiful piece of lace that I purchased, I think it will be beautiful on a pillow or even a purse!

This is the only picture I took of Laurie's things, she has the inside of her pickup full and the back loaded up with furniture, and she's got to go back and pick up the rest of her buys... so I'll get pictures of her new found treasures at the next Canton show!
I just can't resist these little vanity sets!
I love the look of the old books without their covers!

More little jars and a pair of vintage gloves.... just too sweet!
I bought these little bottles to decorate! I have lots already that need to be decorated, I'm going to try to make the time for some of my projects this year, just couldn't seem to find the extra time last year!
Also found these great brown bottles to decorate too! I hope you enjoyed looking at our found treasures! Laurie and I have decided to try to take a least one shopping trip a month... sounds like fun to me! We will be working at Laurieanna's shop getting ready for the Spring shows soon, I know it will be over the top gorgeous... so be sure to mark your calenders for next Canton weekend, the 3rd, 4th,5th, & 6th!
