Rosette Swap

Today is the day we get to show off our rosettes! (YEA) It was a secret who our partner was until we received our rosette package in the mail. I finally get to reveil who my rosette swap partner is, and I'm just wondering how she knew my favorite colors! I just love everything about this rosette, especially the colors! Thanks sooooo much http://lipstick-gypsy.blogspot.com/! Another big thank you to Jill from http://gypsyfleamarket.blogspot.com/ for hosting such a fun swap party! Jill is such a sweetheart, it is just amazing to me the wonderful people I've meet thru blogging. I just love Jill to death and have never personally got to meet her! After she received my rosette package she sent me the most beautiful email, it made me cry, it was the sweetest email ever! I'm so hoping that I get to go to the Warrington/Roundtop Antique Flea Market that's coming up soon, I would love to meet her!


Well all I could say is OMG, when I opened, ( I mean tore into my package) sorry I didn't take a picture of the pretty box before I ripped into it! My rosetee was just breathtaking, over the top Gorgeous!!! I just can't say enough about how beautiful it is. I just love it! Thanks so much !!!

I just love the feathers and it's adorned with a beautiful brooch in the center!
Not only did I receive this beauty of a rosette, but lots of other goodies came with it! Just take a look!

Oka this soap smells so good, I haven't opened it yet, I just hate to take the wrapping off it's so pretty!

I love, love, love this adorable little silver spoon, and love the saying on it.
I also received a precious little dish with beautiful roses all over it and a sweet little brooch, the brooch is laying on the hankie, and the dish is behind it. Sorry I didn't add the close up pictures to my post, ( I forgot) and I don't know how to go back and add them after I've already got the post up. If I figure out how to add them I will, but they are in the above picture, with the other items! Just click on the picture to enlarge!

Not Much Time Left

That is until the doors open for Laurie Annas Vintage Home, Fall Preview, Aug, 28 9:am. From what I saw while I was there unloading some of my purses and pillows, all I can say is OMG get ready to see the most over the top drop dead gorgeous displays, and the most fabulous treasures to be found! Be sure and mark your calenders!!!I got a few little sneak peeks to show you while I was there!


This picture is absolutely beautiful of the lady, my photo is a little blurry so it's hard to tell just how gorgeous it really is!

These are some of the pillows that I took over yesterday!

I couldn't decide if I wanted to put a rosette on this little pillow or not, I decided not to, but a rosette or a vintage brooch could be added!

I just love these colors together!

Beautiful Bling and a Great Giveaway!

I had been checking out all of the lovely jewelry that Debra fromhttp://commonground-debrasvintagedesigns.blogspot.com/ has been designing lately! It's all vintage inspired, and I love jewelry that has vintage pieces on them, so of course I had to have one, and I'm sure it want be my last!!! I was so excited when my little package arrived in the mail!

I just love my neckless with the key and the vintage jewelry on it! Debra carries several different styles of neckelesses, another favorite of mine is her cross necklesses, you'll just have to stop by and check em out for yourself!!! Thier just gorgeous.
On another note, I was so excited to see my little powder jars in this last issue of Romantic Homes Magazine! I knew they would be out soon, but I thought they were going to be in a later issue.

It's the green cameo powder box on page 18, and the gold powder box on page 19.

I just love vintage powder jars, actually I love any kind of vintage jars and vintage bottles. I have a small collection of them!


This sweet little powder jar, also plays music!!

It still has a nice powder puff with it! I love the little legs on this one and the pretty scenery with the lady and man!

Pink Saturday

I love this little lace jacket. I use it in alot of the pictures that I take of my purses! I also love the vintage dress forms! I've been collecting them for several years. I think they look so pretty all dressed up or just as they are!!

I think I make more pink bags than any other color, and I've noticed that I sale more of the pink than the other colors!! That just goes to show there are alot of pink lovers out there!!!

I just fell in love with this beautiful brooch when I found it! I had a hard time letting it go!!!
I love the brown and pink in this plate!
I love anything with beautiful ladies and roses on it!!

Excitement in the air!

There is alot going on at Laurie Anna's Vintage Home these days. Thier working very long hours trying to get the new shop ready for the Fall Preview show on Aug 28! You sure want to mark this on your calender. I know it's going to be over the top, gorgeous!!! Everything they do is just breathtaking, with almost 6000 square feet of Gorgeous displays, not to mention new fall merchandise that will be revealed! For more excitment the talented Rebecca of Heaven & Earth will be there offering her wonderful creations in the Shoppe, also you'll find vintage inspires jewelry by Michele Bush & several other artist. I'm really excited that Laurie will be carring my line of purses and pillow in the Shoppe too, actually I've got several things to be excited about, starting next month I will be joining Laurie Anna's crew! Yes I will be there every month, I can't hardly wait I know it will be a lot of fun working with this wonderful crew, but I also know it's going to be alot of work! This is thier booths at Canton in the Arbor, they just recently expanded from 3 to 5 booths! It's always over the top!I know Laurie is very excited to start carrying the Flax Linen clothing line!

Here are some of the bags I will be taking to Lauria Anna's, some of these are alot different from what I normaly do, they are my new line of purses, Oh I will still be doing the vintage and the vintage western, we just added this the new line, I think they will all go together nicely!
